Le Festival du film de Scarre-A-Con soutient le cinéma indépendant réalisé en dehors de la participation directe du studio hollywoodien, ce qui leur permet de se familiariser avec les grands studios indépendants du monde entier.
Le Festival Care-A-Con (anciennement B-Movie Film Festival) est un événement passionnant à CNY depuis 1999 ! Nous avons contribué à faire connaître plus de 10 000 films, courts métrages et documentaires du monde entier. Beaucoup des films qui ont joué à notre festival ont connu un succès de distribution avec des entreprises comme Maverick, Image, Barnholtz, et sont disponibles en place comme Blockbuster, Best Buy, Netflix, Amazon.com et Walmart. Le festival fait désormais partie de la convention « Scarre-A-Con », qui réunit des centaines de stars hollywoodiennes comme Linda Blair, Tony Todd, Ernie Hudson, Joe Bob Briggs, John Schneider, Doug Bradley, John Russo, C. Thomas Howell, des membres de « The Walking Dead », « Mystery Science Theater 3000 » et plus de 6000 clients par événement ! Le festival et la convention accueillent des événements tels que des mixeurs de cinéastes, des soirées dansantes, des panels de célébrités, des soirées costumées et bien plus encore. C'est un événement incroyable de 3 jours, et une excellente occasion pour les cinéastes de socialiser et de réseauter avec leurs pairs.

-James V. Johnson - rédacteur en chef du magazine TAPS et fondateur de Scarre-A-Con.
-David J. Skal - un historien culturel américain, critique, écrivain et commentateur à la caméra connu pour ses recherches et analyses de films d'horreur et de littérature d'horreur.
-Michael Merchant - acteur prolifique de film underground connu pour ses rôles dans « She Kills » et « Night of Something Strange ».

En 2025, FesticineKids fêtera sa 27e édition avec le même esprit de mise en valeur et de célébration du cinéma pour les filles, les garçons et les jeunes. La phrase a été choisie comme slogan : LES VALEURS DE NOS ENFANTS. À partir de ce concept, il est destiné à inviter les enfants et les jeunes à prendre conscience de la responsabilité qu'ils ont d'être des agents du changement dans leur environnement. Les enfants et les jeunes sont l'avenir qui devrait encourager à prendre soin de notre planète Terre, des êtres humains qui les entourent, des animaux et des plantes, ainsi que des lieux qu'ils visitent. La tendance aux films afro et aux films orientés vers les peuples autochtones.
Dans la construction du profil du FestiCineKids 27, l'écran est problématisé en tant que point de confluence des filles, des garçons et des adolescents. En postulant le cinéma comme ce scénario dans lequel les sentiments, les émotions et les croyances sont exprimés, on entend que les filles, les garçons et les adolescents, comprenant ce que le cinéma les évoque, ce qu'ils en extraient et ses significations, s'interrogent sur la place que le cinéma occupe dans leur vie, dans leur environnement, parallèlement à la place qu'ils veulent et dont ils rêvent.
C'est également l'occasion pour les adultes, les parents, les enseignants, les autorités culturelles et cinématographiques, de réfléchir à la nécessité de renforcer leurs capacités à être des formateurs en tension et en interaction avec les médias audiovisuels, notamment le cinéma.

The Munich Underground Film Festival, MUFF began in December 2012, when two college friends Heike Mohler & Erika Rahner, decided to organize a totally independent festival in Munich and the two organizers had internet creativity and only then decided to put together a team of friends and some German filmmaker and made MUFF first in 2013, totally haphazardly and rebellious spirit that caused controversy and some processes. The festival takes place every year. Through the festival's official website, online, group discussion and interaction among participants. Through the controversies that hovered the festival, the impact was so great that several support and partnerships were closed with the festival organization. The MUFF is consolidated in the second edition as one of the most respected underground film festivals in Europe.
L'association culturelle Esseoesse annonce le concours « CortoDino Film Festival Dino De Laurentiis 2025 - XV Edition », un concours né du désir de commémorer et de célébrer, dans son pays natal et en termes commémoratifs et propositifs, la figure et l'œuvre de Dino De Laurentis. La ville métropolitaine de Naples, les régions vésuviennes, « l'école secondaire d'art et de communication de Giorgio De Chirico », les autres écoles secondaires de la région et les principales associations culturelles des régions vésuvienne et campanienne collaboreront à l'événement.
L'objectif principal de l'initiative est donc de créer une opportunité de rencontre, de confrontation et de connaissance pour les jeunes cinéastes qui entrent dans le secteur cinématographique, dans lequel l'influence laissée par l'illustre « Torrese » a certainement été significative, en promouvant la culture cinématographique à travers l'inclusion des personnes défavorisées et la recherche et la promotion d'œuvres de talents de Campanie, mais aussi nationaux et internationaux.
La présence du monde de la solidarité, des associations culturelles et de l'école est le signe le plus clair de l'objectif de se connecter en particulier au monde des jeunes.
La XVe édition du Cortodino Film Festival aura lieu en septembre-novembre 2025. Les villes, lieux et jours de l'événement seront communiqués ultérieurement.
