Con el fin de difundir el trabajo de los y las estudiantes de cine, la creación de talleres audiovisuales en Liceos públicos y promover la proyección de cortometrajes entre el público general, presentamos el festival de cine “FECIN. De la escuela a la escuela. Festival de Escuelas de Cine”. En su segunda edición, convocamos a todos los realizadores/as que sean estudiantes regulares o lleven como máximo dos años de egresados/as de alguna escuela de cine y/o comunicación audiovisual dentro del territorio chileno, a que envíen sus cortometrajes y participen de la muestra programada entre los días 20 y 24 de noviembre de 2017 este año, en la Universidad de Santiago de Chile, en la Cineteca de la Universidad de Chile, Casa de la Cultura Violeta Parra y Sala K, en Santiago. El Festival contempla actividades como la muestra itinerante de cortometrajes chilenos; la realización de talleres audiovisuales teórico/prácticos en Liceos Municipales y posterior exhibición de los trabajos, además de charlas y clases magistrales de destacados/as profesionales del medio audiovisual chileno.
“FECIN. De la escuela a la escuela. Festival de Escuelas de Cine” es una actividad sin fines de lucro, de carácter gratuito que cuenta con financiamiento de Consejo de la Cultura y las Artes, a través de FONDART convocatoria 2016. Todos los cortometrajes recibidos sólo serán utilizados para los objetivos especificados en las bases de la presente convocatoria. No se otorgan premios o reconocimientos, el objetivo de la muestra es abrir espacios para que trabajos de estudiantes de las escuelas de cine puedan llegar a un público más amplio y poner en valor el formato cortometraje.

En 1981, André ABET y la ciudad de Cabestany decidieron crear el Festival de Cortometrajes First Encounter de Cabestany. Es un verdadero encuentro, más que un festival, porque todo está pensado para fomentar el intercambio entre el público y los directores, como los numerosos «verre de l'amitié» (brindis por la amistad) que se ofrecen después de cada proyección. ¡Siempre un momento divertido y agradable!

The Student World Awards has one objective : seek and spot the best student movie talents from everywhere, then screen their films and show how much raw talent today gets to compete with professional industry levels.
Our first edition took place on May 5, in the Echo Park Film Center, right on Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles.
The festival turns trimestrial. Each 3-months edition will end with its finalists and winners, which will be notified by the end of the 3 months, and receive their certificate awards.
Then for the annual screening, all the winners for August, November, and February will go to the annual competition ending with the annual screening event in Los Angeles. No additive fee, you have nothing to do : we keep you posted.

OUR DIFFERENCE
Most of the festivals have a student category to submit, lots of them have student special fees and waivers. But we think this is not enough.
This is why we created a festival dedicated to the student artists. Because it's a special time in your lives that you need to build on.
The film schools, the education the youngsters have, the society of images we live in today pushed a whole new generation to another level of creativity.
Young directors and student crews today are using different technologies than Peter Jackson or Steven Spielberg when they were kids, and maybe they are making different movies. But what students shoot today, most of the time is pretty astonishing. They break the ceiling of what the « student » expectations are.
To get that, you just need to attend some screenings, and to pay attention to certain festivals that screen a selection of student films or films made by students.
But the Student World Awards is 100% dedicated to students. Clear and simple.
14a edición del Festival Internacional de Cine para niños y adolescentes «AnifestRozafa», del 13 al 16 de noviembre de 2023 en Shkodra, Albania.
El jurado internacional del festival AnifestRozafa2023 se establecerá en colaboración con la Asociación Europea de Cine Infantil (ECFA).
La evaluación de los valores artísticos será realizada por un jurado internacional y por un jurado especial compuesto por 23 niños de 8 a 12 años.
En la selección se anunciará la película ganadora, el «Premio ECFA», que competirá en el festival de BERLÍN en febrero de 2024.
Las películas que compitan en la 14ª edición del Festival Internacional de Cine para Niños y Adolescentes deben haber sido producidas después del 1 de junio de 2021.

We aim to provide quality entertainment with social awareness, offering a bright and sensitive look at the world of work.
The works to be competed must tell stories related to the world of work and of the workers and their lives.
By way of example, below are four important themes and pillars from which to consider the ‘labour’ theme.
PEOPLE
Life stories where the protagonists are the workers themselves. Stories about their lives and their dreams told through intimate stories that show the contribution of each individual to their work or a project related to work and/or their place in the society to which they belong.
EDUCATION
Training contributes to improving quality of work and quality of life. Contents designed to educate that are entertaining and/or innovative formats that highlight education as a fundamental piece of individual progression in society as a whole.
INDUSTRY
The industry is the meeting place between technological and human resources. In this axis the role of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial activity, scientific and technological advances, participation of the state, the union role and human capital are evidenced. The development of industry as a path to the future of work.
SOCIAL DIMENSION
A fundamental pillar in the construction of a country, is that we understand the social aspect as the basis upon which better societies must be built. Issues such as solidarity, environmental awareness, sustainability and the care of the planet in which we live in, fundamental rights in the workplace, gender equality, inclusion, child labour, forced labour migrant labour, disability and work, and social protection among other issues.
These are all valid themes to apply for the contest.
El premio Cortomontagna está dedicado exclusivamente a los cortometrajes.
El tema principal del premio es la vida en la montaña, narrada y documentada a través de un vídeo que expresa el punto de vista y la interpretación del autor.
Las posibles interpretaciones sobre el tema principal pueden ir desde la narración de actividades deportivas (esquí, escalada, senderismo, por ejemplo) hasta temas naturalistas-ambientales, pasando por hechos e historias de vida de comunidades o territorios montañosos.
El premio consta de dos categorías:
- Short Films from the World, reservado a cortometrajes de carácter internacional, sobre hechos, situaciones, personas y lugares más allá de las fronteras de Italia.
- Short Films from Italy, reservado a cortometrajes sobre hechos, situaciones, personas y lugares dentro de las fronteras de Italia.
En el momento de la inscripción, los concursantes elegirán su opción preferida en el formulario de inscripción.

TODOS SOMOS DIFERENTES se configura como un Festival Internacional de cine que busca visibilizar obras audiovisuales que abordan temáticas relacionadas con los distintos tipos de discapacidad, así como los derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad, como la igualdad de oportunidades, inclusión social, participación y accesibilidad. En esta séptima edición, debido a la emergencia sanitaria global, tanto el Festival como las diversas actividades se desarrollarán de manera virtual.
Asimismo, se busca potenciar e incentivar la participación de las organizaciones de y para personas con discapacidad y de Instituciones educacionales, de artistas, trabajadores del mundo audiovisual y personas con interés en el desarrollo de películas que giren alrededor de estas temáticas.

Following its great success, the festival is open for submission now. We greet independent filmmakers, travelers, history lovers, adventurers, and general filmmakers to show their passion through entertaining and informative films. Our Festival welcomes filmmakers, both professionals, and newcomers, from all over the world and newcomers, in short, and feature-length narrative and documentary film, from various genres.
Our judges consist of notable professionals in the film industry. We understand and appreciate the hard working in making a film. We open special categories for directors, cinematographers, actors and actresses, editors, screenwriters to compete for their awards.

Este programa responde a la intención de abordar al flamenco desde su entorno cultural, antropológico y social, con especial atención al rol de la mujer a lo largo de su evolución.
