Purpose of the Festival
FICAE - Diseases International Short Film and Art Festival opens the 4th edition of the Festival (4FICAE). It is open to all creators of audiovisual content that want to show their short films in all type of cinematographic genres whose main theme is directly related to some type of disease or health issues.
The purpose of this festival is to promote social awareness about diseases as a process of life in order to help destigmatize them. In addition, the festival seeks to promote artistic creation through audiovisual language to make it more visible and transmit knowledge about diseases, both those that involve changes to the health state, and those that are considered as social diseases and their consequences.

The Fish&Chips Film Festival – International Erotic Film Festival wants to open, in Turin and in Italy, a window on film genre and create an opportunity to approach sexuality in a creative, free, innovative, lay, irreverent and intelligent way. The Festival aims to be a moment of liberation and expressive creation and it will take place in January 2020 in Turin, Italy.
We believe in eroticism as a basic need of human beings and we want to show sex from different points of view, be they psychological, physical or social, but in any case liberating and non-discriminatory.
We want to research and propose a quality cultural production, able to go beyond the simplistic and abused canonical approaches. We are going to select works with cinematographic significance, able to convey a unique vision upon a broad and varied world, ranging from love to eroticism and pornography.
The festival is meant to be a moment of reflection and enjoyment, which includes debates, exhibitions and shows. For our third edition, we welcome any experimentation, smashed peas, proposals and other pleasantries. We believe expression, sexual and thought freedom to be a key feature for the creation of a more challenging horizon.

Fundación Todo por el Cine, AC, organizadora do Festival Internacional de Cinema no Campo, convida cineastas nacionais e internacionais a participar do concurso que será realizado na 13ª edição do Festival Internacional de Cinema no Campo (FICC) uma celebração nos meses de outubro e novembro, apresentando-se em 50 comunidades rurais da República Mexicana.
O FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL FILM IN THE FIELD (FICC) promove o diálogo entre as comunidades rurais do México e a produção cinematográfica em curta-metragem, com a intenção de gerar novos circuitos, projetando o cinema ao ar livre.
Apoiamos a produção cinematográfica de curtas-metragens que exploram as condições culturais e naturais em que os seres humanos vivem, a diversidade cultural e sua ligação com a natureza. Da mesma forma, buscamos agentes de mudança e iniciativas originais que incentivem uma mudança positiva no cuidado com o meio ambiente.

We roll out the red carpet for your premiere, allow time for Q & A following the screening, or the block of films if you are in the shorts category. We hold live readings of your screenplay with professional actors with you directing.
If you have special skills, you may be invited to moderate a panel or participate as a panelist. Festival Alumni also serve as Awards Presenters during the Bonehead Awards Gala.

É bom esclarecer que os participantes da seção “Videoclipe” devem declarar expressamente que estão autorizados a participar do concurso pelos detentores dos direitos autorais da música.
Cada curta-metragem poderá participar em mais de uma seção e todos os curtas-metragens submetidos participarão automaticamente na seleção do prêmio “melhor filme” e “Novos sinais”.
Somente os selecionados para o “melhor filme” também competirão pelo “prêmio público”.

11th Kolkata Shorts International Film Festival-22 é uma fusão de criatividade cinematográfica e loucura de cine-frequentadores da bela cidade de Calcutá. A cidade de Calcutá é o centro do Cinema Bengali, um rico culturalmente e destino de muitos cineastas em ascensão desde o século passado. O objetivo do festival é dar impulso ao cinema curto e promover o crescimento da nova raça de cineastas.
A humilde jornada do KSIFF começou no ano de 2012 para marcar a celebração dos 100 anos do cinema indiano e para saudar a contribuição da indústria cinematográfica bengali para o desenvolvimento do cinema na Índia. As edições do festival de 2012 a 2021 foram um enorme sucesso com a participação de toda a Índia e nações estrangeiras e são o festival criador de tendências na Índia e agora em grande demanda entre os jovens cineastas.

O Festival Internacional de Documentários de Santiago (FIDOCS) é o principal evento de transmissão, difusão e competição de cinema documental no Chile e na América Latina.
Focado na promoção do diálogo e da reflexão, bem como na formação de públicos para a apreciação do documentário em um contexto de transformação permanente, o FIDOCS busca explorar os múltiplos caminhos disponíveis na produção de documentários, bem como nas tendências próprias das obras de não ficção. Em seu programa, o FIDOCS incorpora os trabalhos de diretores experientes e emergentes para abordar a questão do “O REAL” e, ao fazer isso, considera as várias dimensões, fronteiras disciplinares e tensões da pergunta “o que é real?” , assim como o próprio gênero documentário, tem a nos oferecer.
Ao longo de sua história, o FIDOCS se posicionou como um dos festivais de documentários mais ilustres da América Latina, sendo uma plataforma privilegiada para exibir o cinema contemporâneo e promover o pensamento crítico. Ano após ano, sob sua abordagem curatorial seletiva, o FIDOCS não apenas convida importantes expoentes dos setores audiovisuais nacionais e internacionais a exibirem seus trabalhos em Santiago, mas também, ao usar esta cidade como um centro cinematográfico, convida esses expoentes a questionar, interpretar e reescrever o status da prática contemporânea do cinema documental hoje.
Para a promoção, posicionamento e exibição de filmes chilenos e internacionais, o FIDOCS exibe três competições principais. Essas seções incluem: COMPETIÇÃO INTERNACIONAL; COMPETIÇÃO CHILENA e COMPETIÇÃO EMERGENTE DE CURTAS METRAGENS NACIONAIS.
Além disso, o FIDOCS tem a principal atividade da indústria, DOCS IN PROGRESS, para trabalhos latino-americanos em andamento, onde o júri (editores, diretores, designers de som, produtores, programadores), além de escolher um vencedor, alimenta os cineastas para realizar a pós-produção de seus filmes e incentivar sua difusão e transmissão. Esta seção é executada em conjunto com a seção WIP do CHILEDOC CONECTA.
O festival também realiza importantes atividades de treinamento e extensão em sua ESCOLA FIDOCS, onde estudantes de escolas de cinema e comunicação de todo o Chile, para que seus alunos mais destacados estejam em um espaço intergeracional e interdisciplinar com convidados de festivais internacionais e nacionais; participando de master classes, workshops, diálogos, entre outros.
Além disso, de acordo com sua vocação interdisciplinar, o FIDOCS pretende acompanhar suas exibições de outras intervenções artísticas, como instalações, exposições, performances, que, a partir de seus próprios meios expressivos, dialogam com o conceito de documentário. É assim que surge a seção FIDOCS EXPANDED, onde vários artistas, videoartistas e cineastas, todos ligados às áreas de som ou visual, exibem seus trabalhos.
Finalmente, os filmes escolhidos serão exibidos após a conclusão do festival, em diferentes regiões do Chile e no exterior, na seção BEST OF FIDOCS. O objetivo é a extensão cultural do festival em nível territorial, dando ênfase à circulação dos filmes em nível regional, podendo programar réplicas no território nacional e no exterior.

The Georgia Latino Film Festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit under the direction of Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association Inc. (LISTA). Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association Inc. (LISTA) is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit providing institutions, organizations, events and corporations with technology and cultural enrichment services. These services include presentations, workshops, lectures, film festivals and more.
The Georgia Latino Film Festival operate in Atlanta Ga and Norcross Ga. Located just minutes from Stone Mountain. Norcross is a small town known for it’s arts centers, restaurants and easy access to area attractions, trails, restaurants, shopping and scenic byways.
The Georgia Film and TV Office, a component of the Georgia’s Department of Economic Development, the Atlanta Mayor's office on Film and Entertainment and the Georgia Production Partnership are annual supporters of the event and is sponsor of the festival and it’s activities.

é um festival internacional de cinema com sede em Aguascalientes, México. Todos os anos recebemos centenas de filmes de todo o mundo. Este ano, focaremos especialmente no curta-metragem, pois acreditamos que ele é o explorador e criador dos novos caminhos do cinema que algum dia contemplaremos.
O 27º Festival Kinoarte de Cinema, que acontecerá de 02 a 09 de novembro está com inscrições abertas para suas mostras competitivas de curtas-metragens. Filmes de até 25 minutos de duração, produzidos a partir de janeiro de 2024 poderão participar das sessões competitivas Ibero-americana, Nacional, Paranaense e Londrinense.
