ANTOFACINE, le Festival international du film d'Antofagasta, est un lieu de rassemblement pour les cinéastes nationaux et internationaux ; sur cette base, nous aimerions contribuer à :
● Promouvoir les films de fiction, de non-fiction et d'animation en tant qu'outils de transformation culturelle et sociale au profit de tous les habitants de la région d'Antofagasta.
● Favoriser le développement de projets audiovisuels dans la région et le pays, soutenir la création d'un espace professionnel afin de promouvoir les œuvres audiovisuelles locales, nationales et internationales ; contribuer à la formation du public et créer un point de rassemblement à Antofagasta pour l'interaction nécessaire de tous les agents concernés de l'industrie audiovisuelle.
La version 12 du Festival international du film d'Antofagasta, ANTOFACINE 2023, se tiendra du 14 au 18 novembre, dans la ville d'Antofagasta et dans d'autres lieux de la région.

Fondé en 2002, Yogyakarta, Festival Film Dokumenter (FFD) est le premier festival du film documentaire en Indonésie et en Asie du Sud-Est. Il se concentre sur le développement du film documentaire en tant que moyen d'expression et écosystème du savoir, à travers l'exposition, l'éducation et l'archivage.
Mettant en avant la notion née d'une conversation légère entre un groupe de jeunes, elle cherchait à explorer le potentiel brut du cinéma indonésien : le support documentaire. Certains traits distinguent les films documentaires des autres produits audiovisuels, un lieu important en tant que média qui éduque, réfléchit, transcende le temps et l'espace.
Au milieu du fort courant des médias, les films documentaires occupent leur propre rôle de média indépendant et aspirant.
Lors de sa célébration annuelle en décembre, Festival Film Dokumenter essaie toujours d'observer certaines questions sociales comme point de mire, ainsi que de créer un pont entre les documentaristes, les réalisateurs professionnels et le public général, dans le but d'améliorer la qualité et la quantité de l'Indonésie films documentaires.
The Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival is launching its 9th annual celebration of bringing strong, independent documentary films and filmmakers to West Sonoma County. Screening 71 films in 4 days during the 2015 festival, with over 90 filmmakers and guests in attendance, we had another incredible weekend of films and intense documentary discussion. 2016 is already shaping up to be another great festival. Our next festival will be held March 17-20, 2016. Twice named "One of the Coolest Film Festivals" by MovieMaker Magazine and chosen by the readers of the North Bay Bohemian as the Best Film Festival in Sonoma County for the third year in a row, we look forward to continuing to bring the best films, and their filmmakers, in the world to Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival. Le Festival international du film de San Pedro a été fondé pour célébrer la diversité culturelle et la communauté de San Pedro avec un large éventail de films indépendants, de documentaires et de courts métrages. SPIFF s'engage à présenter des films qui incarnent des divertissements inspirants pour tous. Des œuvres qui expriment des voix nouvelles et des perspectives mondiales différentes, dans le but que ces films éclairent le public tout en offrant une exposition inestimable aux cinéastes, locaux et internationaux.
Au cours de notre première année, nous avons eu la première projection de Silver Linings Playbook à Los Angeles. Dans notre deuxième année, nous avons accueilli Ernie LaPointe, arrière-petit-fils de Sitting Bull. En 2015, nous avons célébré le 20e anniversaire de The Usual Suspects avec le réalisateur Bryan Singer. Nous avons également eu deux courts-métrages qui ont gagné ou ont été nominés pour un Oscar ! En 2017, nous avons organisé le 30e anniversaire du vendredi 13 avec le réalisateur Sean S. Cunningham. Nous sommes très excités par notre septième année !
L'écrivain et poète américain prolifique Charles Bukowski a appelé San Pedro à la maison pendant 15 ans. Certains des premiers courts métrages de DW Griffith ont été tournés à San Pedro. Ces jours-ci, vous êtes plus susceptible de trouver des équipes de tournage pour NCIS, Mad Men et Dexter. Parmi les autres films tournés à San Pedro figurent « King Kong », « Chinatown », « Point Breaker », « Silence des agneaux », « The Usual suspects' », « Pearl Harbor », « Titanic », « 500 jours d'été », et beaucoup d'autres. SPIFF est ravi de présenter notre 5ème édition dans une ville riche d'histoire cinématographique.
ABOUT FESTIVAL
Initiated by Istanbul University Faculty of Law - ‘The International Crime and Punishment Film Festival’ will be held between the dates of 16-22 October 2015 in Istanbul.
Festival aims to draw attention to the relationship between cinema and justice within an international organization and is considered to be unique as it will be held for the very first time in the world. During the Festival, approximately 100 films – amongst which are feature films, documentary and short films- will meet the audience.
The Festival will screen the latest movies of acclaimed film-makers as well as recent independent and examples from both Turkish and World Cinema. During the festival, panel discussions on cinema and justice, exhibitions, workshops and concerts will take place in addition to the movie screenings.
The Anima-Sao - International Animation Festival in São Gonçalo is produced by Studio Alexandre Martins.

Multivision Festival is an annual event in St.Petersburg, Russia, held at November. The festival includes competition in animation shorts and video installations evaluated by a professional jury.

Multivision Festival aims to create an innovative dialogue with its audience, to integrate animation art in the environment of the modern megapolis. Multivision is known by its open-air summer projects: the public screening of the special competition programs at the erected parts of drawbridges on the Neva River in the center of St.Petersburg, from 2007. The festival program is projected on the giant screen 400 square meters attached to the bridge surface. From 2011 a street cinema competition is a part of main festival, it is held in summer, in the framework of Multivision’s public art project graFFFest, on evident weather reasons. In 2013 it gathered more than 30 000 spectators.

Le Festival international du film de Leon IFFOL invite tous les cinéastes à participer à l'appel officiel IFFOL 2024 du 1er avril au 05 août de cette année, en pouvant postuler avec un long métrage de fiction, non-fiction ou d'animation, un court métrage ou un court métrage documentaire pour participer à la 10e édition consécutive qui se tiendra du 30 octobre au 03 novembre de cette année. Croydon International Film Festival is a small independent short film festival run by volunteers on the outskirts of London. We screen short 10 minute or less Documentary & Animated films with a factual theme, with a focus on quirky entertaining true stories.
The CIFF festival is run by Donna Lipowitz, an Independent Documentary Filmmaker, and a small team of volunteers. The Venue, The Studio Theatre at Matthews Yard in Croydon is a fantastic space to hold film screenings, amazing people, great bar and cafe attached as well. The focus for the festival is to make it an entertaining afternoon of films, The local audience in Croydon has embraced the festival over the past two years with a full house at every screening so far. ÉCU ouvrait la voie au film indépendant depuis 2006 et l’étendue de sa présence a grandi à une échelle globale, et le festival est souvent considéré comme l’équivalent de Sundance, un honneur qu’on ne prend pas à la légère.
Le Printemps n’est qu’une période fabuleux pour Paris, mais une période formidable parce que c’est le moment où on présente environ un cent des meilleurs films indépendants du monde. Bien qu’ÉCU mette l’accent sur le talent européen, il reconnaît aussi le génie de réalisateurs internationaux au moyen de plusieurs catégories alloués aux films non européens.
Le festival prochain d’ÉCU, la 18eme édition, aura lieu le 19-21 Avril 2024, à Paris, en France.
ÉCU n’est que la projection d’une liste fantastique de films durant son événement de trois journées à Paris en Avril. Il y a aussi des ateliers professionnels menés par des spécialistes de l’industrie, des séances de questions-réponses avec les réalisateurs présents après chaque session de projection et de l’opportunité de se faire les relations avec des réalisateurs ensemble, des producteurs, des agents, de représentants de l’industrie, des acheteurs potentiels et bien sûr, les cinéphiles. À ÉCU, il y a une discussion continue de célébrer et critiquer le meilleur de cinéma indé d’aujourd’hui.
Quoi que l’évènement principal d’ÉCU soit le festival de trois journées chaque printemps à Paris, il y a plus ! Grace à plus de 50 nos organisations partenaires, nos centres de film, nos commissions filmiques, chaque année ÉCU va une tournée mondial qui s’appelle ÉCU-On-the-Road, qui donnent l’occasion des films primés (et beaucoup des films de la Sélection Officielle) d’être projeté à un public globale plus variés. En 2016 – 2023, ÉCU-On-the-Road a présenté les films dans plus de 80 pays autour du monde durant les petits festivals spéciaux d’ÉCU, des festivals partenaires, des instituts culturels et des écoles de film, incluant un festival spécial incroyable de sept journées à Sao Paulo, Brasil. L’événement était possible grâce au soutien de Caixa Cultural, São Paulo et était une réussite énorme. ÉCU a organisé des événements spéciaux à Berlin (Allemagne), Cannes (France) et a fait partie de festivals en Liban, Italie, Russie, États-Unis, Romanie, Autriche, Danemark et d’autres pays. Cela promeut les réalisateurs d’ÉCU aux audiences qu’ils n’aient jamais contactés.
Depuis son lancement en 2006, ÉCU a aidé littéralement les carrières des centaines de réalisateurs indépendants, acteurs, DPs, monteurs, scénaristes et il est honoré d’être fermement établi comme un des festivals éminents de films indé.
