Il Shortcup Film Festival è la coppa del mondo di cortometraggi. I film selezionati sono distribuiti in 4 giorni di esposizione, dove ogni film rappresenta il proprio paese e il voto della giuria popolare definisce il round finale in cui il vincitore viene scelto il quinto giorno.
Lo scopo principale del festival è quello di unire una rassegna cinematografica competitiva con l'ambiente casual di un bar; quest'anno, alla sua sesta edizione, si svolgerà in 4 città contemporaneamente:

- Monterrey, Messico

Il 14° anno includerà nuove aggiunte e competizioni! L'International Horror Hotel Film Festival and Convention si tiene ogni giugno nel nord-est dell'Ohio. Abbiamo concorsi aperti per film e sceneggiature dei seguenti generi: sperimentale (solo film), fantasy, horror, commedia horror, slasher, fantascienza e thriller di suspense. Accettiamo anche trailer, video musicali, progetti pilota TV (film o sceneggiatura) ed episodi web (film o sceneggiatura) per progetti dei generi elencati.
Il concorso è aperto anche per il nostro concorso di musiche per film horror (iscrizioni tramite il nostro sito web). All'evento, abbiamo anche concorsi dal vivo di scream king/scream queen e concorsi di trucco FX.
Quest'anno organizzeremo anche la seconda edizione del concorso cinematografico Room 237, in cui i registi si sfideranno per creare un film in 30 giorni utilizzando un'arma del delitto assegnata durante una riunione introduttiva di Zoom. Ulteriori informazioni sul concorso cinematografico Room 237 saranno disponibili sul sito Web dell'Horror Hotel Film Festival entro gennaio 2024. L'evento prevede quattro giorni di proiezioni di film, due giorni di tavole rotonde e conferenze, una convention che avrà inizio venerdì pomeriggio, ospiti speciali, feste karaoke di networking, competizioni dal vivo e altro ancora.

Noi al Radical Frame Film Festival siamo orgogliosi di annunciare l'edizione otto di Short Film Series.
L'idea del Radical Frame Film Festival è iniziata qualche anno fa quando un gruppo di attivisti, artisti e amici di Denver ha deciso di portare i messaggi del cinema attivista video negli occhi del pubblico. Riteniamo che, a causa dell'attuale clima sociale e politico, sia a livello locale che globale, la nostra missione — di fornire un forum per film e dibattiti che stimolano il pensiero — sia più critica che mai.
Ci impegniamo a presentare film progressisti, di sinistra, radicali, antirazzisti, sperimentali e visionari che affrontano temi quali, a titolo esemplificativo, l'ambiente, i diritti umani, l'ingiustizia sociale, l'anti-globalizzazione, ecc...
Il Radical Frame Film Festival mette in mostra ogni genere di film indipendente provenienti da tutto il mondo durante questa incredibile celebrazione bi-continentale di artisti indipendenti.
Il Radical Frame Film Festival è un forum in cui i registi possono prosperare al di fuori dell'arena principale. Artisti creativi che infrangono continuamente i confini del cinema, del video, dell'arte e della musica sono promossi attraverso questo festival, così anche loro hanno una voce in un mercato saturo di intrattenimento commerciale progettato per soddisfare le aspettative del pubblico.

Lo scopo è quello di permettere a chiunque, indipendentemente dal paese, di fare un passo verso i propri sogni e iniziare a prendere i passi per vivere la vita con passione e scopo.
L'obiettivo principale della serie di cortometraggi è quello di essere un luogo in cui registi e artisti emergenti di tutto il mondo hanno una possibilità da scoprire e realizzare i loro sogni.

In presenza, si terrà nelle città di Lebu, capitale della provincia di Arauco, e nella città di Concepción, nella regione del Biobío, in Cile, dal 1 al 6 aprile 2025. Con sedi secondarie virtuali nazionali e internazionali per l'esposizione di concorsi. Dal 2018, CINELEBU è l'unico festival in Cile che qualifica i cortometraggi per gli Oscar® Awards in tre categorie: animazione internazionale, fiction regionale e fiction internazionale. e dal 2023, qualificati per i premi Goya e Marca Chile.

Are we utilizing the strength of the festivals as an information gathering and dissemination tool as fully as we might?
What information is not being gathered when we collect films and crowds and can we change that?
This is the data age. Are we embracing transparency as fully as we might?
As trusted curators of this colossal heap of cinema culture, how do we really make a difference on a long term basis?
Is a short burst of guidance enough?
Growth requires consistency and do we provide that?
We are the filter, the trusted source. Film festivals are discovery platform for films that might otherwise be ignored. How to carry that over to the online environment?
How do we transform young people into loyal cinema lovers?
We are losing the youth. Can we stem the tide?
Directors' Fortnight Kolkata is first of it's kind from India. The festival will be curated by a Curator.
The Venue of the Festival will be at "Doab", One and only independent filmmaking space in Kolkata. The festival program includes Seminar, Talks, and Workshops as an attraction along with the Live screening of International Films.

True Edit Award – You create a short film using only the material (audio/visuals) provided by the 90 minute feature without losing the essence of the story!

Lancaster International Film Festival is held in the historic city of Lancaster, England. The city is famous for its Castle, Cathedral and Priory, and was the location of the infamous Pendle Witch Trial of 1612.

FICUNAM, the UNAM International Film Festival, was founded by the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2011. The intention of the Festival is to promote the exhibition in Mexico of critical and innovative cinema, both domestic and foreign, in a space open to reflection, discussion of ideas, and networking. The editorial line of the Festival represents its political stance, in terms of aesthetics’ politics.
