Le festival présente des longs métrages et courts métrages narratifs et documentaires, des clips musicaux, ainsi que des films expérimentaux et d'animation, dans des sections compétitives et non compétitives. Cet événement est complété par un répertoire et des projections spéciales. Le 22e Festival international du film Cine Las Americas (CLAIFF22) s'est déroulé du 1er au 5 mai 2019 à Austin, au Texas. En plus d'avoir accueilli plus de 3 000 spectateurs pour des films et des événements spéciaux, CLAIFF22 a projeté 114 titres ; ces sélections représentaient la participation de 25 pays à la production ou à la coproduction des projets, dont l'Argentine, l'Australie, la Bolivie, le Brésil, le Canada, le Chili, la Colombie, le Costa Rica, Cuba, République dominicaine, Équateur, France, Allemagne, Jordanie, Mexique, Pays-Bas, Pérou, Portugal, Qatar, Espagne, République arabe syrienne, Royaume-Uni, Uruguay, États-Unis et Venezuela.
Au cours des 22 dernières années, Cine Las Americas a présenté plus de 2 600 films à Austin et lors de différentes projections dans l'État du Texas, devenant ainsi l'une des organisations cinématographiques latino-américaines les plus prestigieuses du pays. Cine Las Americas demeure une organisation axée sur la communauté, offrant diverses opportunités en matière de culture, d'éducation, de développement professionnel et de divertissement. Chaque année, le festival du film attire un large éventail de films et de cinéastes internationaux à Austin, crée des opportunités de réseautage pour les professionnels de l'industrie et offre une riche expérience culturelle aux participants.
L'objectif principal du Festival est d'ouvrir des dialogues autour des questions d'urgence à travers le cinéma comme plate-forme de médiation et d'engagement, dans la province de Colchagua, en assumant également le rôle d'exposant du cinéma national et latino-américain et d'œuvres indépendantes de différentes parties du monde.

Women in Film
Women play an important role in filmmaking and there are many talents out there and to celebrate Women in Film we have two categories. One programme is a focus solely on Women directors, the second programme category will focus the work of women practitioners in the roles of writers, actresses, producers and Directors of Cinematography but please note the film lead roles must be female led. If you have a film that has a strong female led role or strong female writer etc and you want to be considered for this sectin of the festival please submit to the Women Practitioners category. Film Directors should submit to the Women in Film (directors category).
General Information.
Established in 1995 the festival is now in it's 16th International Shorts edition. Kinofilm has a unique reputation for showcasing the best short films from around the world, whilst being renowned for seeking out diverse, challenging and groundbreaking new films. We welcome filmmakers that are pushing the boundaries of the short film art form. The festival maintains a high standard with many European & International award-winning shorts featured in the Festival. It includes special programmes in North West Shorts (UK), British New Wave, Euro Cine, International Panorama, Kino Exposed (student and youth shorts), low/no budget shorts, Animation and various themed programmes, giving new and emerging filmmakers the opportunity to have their work screened alongside that of critically acclaimed, established short filmmakers.
Please note for 2019, the festival will move dates to February 2020. We will further welcome short films and animations from Eastern Europe as we extend the Polish festival to include more Baltic countries. This year we welcome films for this section from Romania and Russia.
As part of out 16th anniversary we are introducing a features section called Transitions for those short filmmakers that have successfully made the transition from short film to feature. This section is for previous entrants of Kinofilm Festival and can only be entered if you have previously had a short film at Kinofilm Festival. You must provide the name of the short film and year of the festival it was screened in advance of submitting..
All short films should have been completed since January 2018 to present and be no longer than 20 mins (accept documentaries which can be up to 23 mins including credits). PLEASE NOTE FILMS SHOULD NOT BE ONLINE FOR PUBLIC VIEWING. ANY FILMS THAT ARE SEEN TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN WILL FACE DISQUALIFICATION.
WE ARE OFFERING STUDENTS (world wide) , GREATER MANCHESTER FILMMAKERS, Youths and community groups, Eastern European Filmmakers and Alumni Filmmakers 20% OF ALL SUBMISSION FEES (please see offers at the top of this entry). The discount is automatically applied when you submit your film to the relevant sections, entry fees start at just $10.00 Please note PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY MUST BE SHOWN in all these categories in advance of submitting the film, you will then receive a code to submit your film.

Please note, if your film is selected for screening in one of the cinema screenings you must be able to provide either a DCP or high-quality Bluray of your film. Please contact us if any issues with this and we will try to resolve it by showing the film in one of the other programmes not requiring either of these formats. If it playing in one of our other venues then we will require a digital version, details supplied if your film is accepted.
REFUNDS GIVEN ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES: Please note if you make a genuine mistake and submit your film to us not realising that it does not fit all of the criteria, or you have to withdraw it for other reasons, we will refund your fee if the request is made only within the first two weeks from the date of submission. Films withdrawn later for other reasons such as you wish to withdraw it as your film has been accepted in another festival that requires premier status, will not receive a refund. (Please note that any refunds will be after FFW (8%) and PP (3.5%) commission fees already deducted from your fee, you will only be refunded the net amount that the festival receives).

5. To focus on the needs of the regions filmmakers, visiting filmmakers and the region’s audiences.
The Cardiff Independent Film Festival will be held over the 5th to 7th May 2017 in Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff. This will be our third festival, following highly successful events beginning in 2014. We're a fun, friendly and open festival run by film-lovers that celebrates the best in independent cinema and adheres to the highest ethical standards.
We're non-profit, which means ALL of the submission fees go into the running of the festival. And we are truly independent - we don't take public or corporate money so the films we pick are our favourites.
We also attract big-name guests: CIFF2015 saw talks by Stephen Frears and Paul Andrew Williams and the great John Boorman present the Welsh premiere of his final feature Queen and Country. We may be small but we punch above our weight.
We will be screening five feature films, ten short films and five short animations in competition and there will be out-of-competition screenings for other films of significant merit.

Après trois éditions couronnées de succès, le festival international du film Miniboxoffice, qui ne propose que des courts métrages, s'est agrandi avec l'ajout d'une section consacrée aux longs métrages. En 2014, la direction de Miniboxoffice l'a rebaptisée « NOIDA », la ville indienne qui se développe le plus rapidement. C'est un hommage à la ville où Miniboxoffice a ouvert ses portes en 2010 et où la ville elle-même abrite la plus grande ville cinématographique du nord de l'Inde.
L'objectif du 13e Festival international du film de Noida 26 est de présenter de manière significative les grands films de cinéastes du monde entier tout en offrant un réseau professionnel et en présentant les tendances actuelles du cinéma aux participants. L'objectif du festival est de donner du pouvoir aux cinéastes indépendants et de s'engager à devenir un événement cinématographique de premier plan qui favorise la croissance des cinéastes indépendants.
L'édition 2014 à 2025 du NIFF a connu un énorme succès avec la participation de cinéastes de plus de 90 pays. Le NIFF-26 devrait franchir de nombreuses étapes dans le développement du cinéma indépendant. J'invite donc tous les cinéastes à rejoindre le mouvement qui apporte le plus haut niveau de pensée et de culture des différentes nations sous la forme d'un cinéma enrichissant et divertissant.
Le Festival européen du film fantastique de Murcie SOMBRA est un projet qui vise à diffuser et à servir de référence aux films fantastiques produits en Europe, ainsi qu'à soutenir la production européenne, nationale et régionale de genre.

Lancé en 1980, notre festival, le premier de sa catégorie en Corée du Sud, s'est développé et a évolué depuis le Festival du court métrage coréen pour devenir le Festival du court métrage asiatique de Busan en 2000 et finalement le Festival international du court métrage de Busan en 2010 (www.bisff.org).
Organisé fin avril au Busan Cinema Center, le BISFF décerne une douzaine de prix dans trois sections compétitives (Compétition internationale, Compétition coréenne et Operation Kino) tout en présentant plusieurs sections sélectionnées et non compétitives, notamment : Guest Country, Korean Shorts, Asian Shorts, Prism, 3D Cinema, etc.
Le BISFF est membre de la Short Film Conference (http://shortfilmconference.com/) et du NETPAC (Network for the Promotion of Asia Pacific Cinema https://netpacasia.org). En 2018, il est devenu le premier festival sud-coréen qualifié pour les Oscars®.
BioBioCine, Festival international du film de Concepcion, est un rassemblement interculturel de connaissances et de sagesse exprimées à travers le cinéma, qui vise à être un espace de dialogue et de contemplation, ainsi qu'à diffuser, promouvoir, soutenir et valoriser la cinématographie nationale et internationale d'un territoire et une identité qui constitue le contexte de sa réunion annuelle.
Pour sa onzième édition, le festival international BioBioCine fait appel à des œuvres de tous les pays et de toutes les cultures. Les films doivent être liés au sport ou aborder des thèmes sportifs, que ce soit dans des formats fictifs, documentaires, d'animation ou expérimentaux.
Nous acceptons les films de tous les genres de tous les pays.
Les sous-titres en anglais ou en espagnol sont obligatoires pour les films qui ne sont pas dans ces langues.

Le conseil municipal de Piélagos présente la 16e édition de son festival du film, une vitrine pour les talents locaux et internationaux.
Avec des catégories compétitives pour la Cantabrie, l'Espagne, l'international et le géoparc UNESCO de Costa Quebrada, l'événement célèbre le meilleur du court métrage (fiction, jusqu'à 30 minutes).
