The Outlet Dance Project is an annual festival of artists who identify or have identified as women, sharing their vision through film, site-specific dance, and work created for the stage. It is one of the largest, most popular, and well-attended dance festivals in New Jersey. In partnership with Grounds For Sculpture – an internationally renowned contemporary sculpture park – the festival celebrates the intersections of visual and moving arts, exploring relationships between sculpture and dance, between place and movement.
FRICINE aims to display, publicize and reward audiovisual works, ideas and actions that by their artistic form and the relevance of its content contribute to promote the overcoming of problems that disturb the Peace of Humanity and threaten Life on Earth.
Opting to go against primarily commercial interests, FRICINE's biggest prize is to give the public access to the debate on the main problems that the human being and it ecosystem face today.

The Neyyar International Film Festival aims to set an internationally-recognized standard of excellence in film production.

Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.

El LA Underground Film Forum (LAUFF) es el primer escaparate de experimentación en medios basados en cine, video y audio de Los Ángeles. Se centra en el cine vanguardista, art-house, independiente y de bajo presupuesto, con la quinta edición que tendrá lugar en julio de 2020, en Los Ángeles.
Nuestro programa ofrece un lugar para que los cineastas reinventen y exploren nuevos enfoques, fomenten nuevas formas de arte mediático y construyan una audiencia para este tipo de trabajo. Nuestro objetivo es presentar una amplia gama de trabajos explorando las múltiples definiciones e interpretaciones del concepto de «underground».
Buscamos películas hechas con pasión, obsesión y motivación; películas que vayan más allá de las expectativas y el género; películas, proyectos de vídeo y audio que se esfuercen por superar los límites de la forma y el contenido aceptados. Un fuerte sentido de autoría es una necesidad.

Mujeres en Foco surgió en el año 2009 con el objetivo de estimular la promoción y protección de los derechos de las mujeres a través del cine, mediante la difusión de películas que permitan dar visibilidad a la vulneración de sus derechos y fomentar el debate. De esta manera buscó generar un espacio abierto para varones y mujeres de todo el mundo, donde abrir el diálogo entre géneros y promover la participación activa de toda la sociedad para la defensa del pleno ejercicio de los derechos humanos, con el foco puesto en la situación de las mujeres en el mundo. Se trabajó sobre una convocatoria amplia, sin límites de sexo, edad ni origen, y con la clara convicción de que el cambio sólo es posible a partir de la inclusión de todas las miradas.
El eje de Mujeres en Foco está puesto en la mujer y su historia de vulneración, para difundir y denunciar la naturalización de las injustas condiciones que atraviesan, y dar visibilidad a la diversidad de realidades sociales, experiencias culturales y formas de organización, con el objetivo de pensar otros mundos posibles. A través de films sobre mujeres buscamos, además, comprender y debatir la construcción de géneros y cómo ésta constituye a toda la sociedad.
The Curtas Fashion Festival is exclusively dedicated to the promotion of short-film audiovisual works with a fashion theme - highlighting the know-how of industry and handicrafts in this segment.
The Festival exhibits works finalized in digital supports, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes, and is competitive and informative.
The programming of the 1st edition of the Curtas Fashion Festival 2017 will be made up of the "O Saber Fazer do Moda" and Most Cena 1. Showcase with the main objective of promoting the exhibition, promotion and production of the short-lived audiovisual work of the fashion universe. In addition to the screening of films, the Festival also promotes workshops, lectures and debates.

El propósito del festival se refiere al conocimiento tanto de los filtros externos de la pantalla, incluida la censura (comercial, ideológica, estética), como de los filtros internos de la percepción y la proyección de la pantalla, incluida la autocensura. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO es una exploración de la estetización y la mercantilización en el arte. El siguiente objetivo del festival es exponer la complejidad, la multiplicidad y la variedad del cine.
NEFILTRAVANAE KINO es un festival de cine organizado por el Short Movie Club, la plataforma de proyectos cinematográficos. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO está clasificado para el ADAMI Media Prize. En primer lugar, en Lituania (Vilna). Por ejemplo, la décima edición de Nefiltravanae Kino tuvo lugar en Berlín, Vilna y Helsinki el año pasado. PROBLEMA DE ALIENACIÓN
Vivimos en un mundo de centros comerciales y multicines. Vemos que el cine independiente y el arte no comercial pasan a la periferia de la atención pública. Las atracciones primitivas sustituyen a la cinematografía. El público que huye se siente alienado detrás de la gran pantalla. Por lo tanto, el cine convencional moderno es parte de una herramienta de manipulación que conduce a la sociedad de la alienación. Por lo tanto, la tendencia es que el cine independiente se vuelva más ilegible para el público en general. Debemos entender el contexto del cineasta para entender el cine independiente. Por eso, el concepto NEFILTRAVANAE KINO implica la presencia física de los cineastas.
PROBLEMA DE SELECCIÓN DE PELÍCULAS
Los cineastas filman millones de películas. Y miles de festivales de cortometrajes organizan proyecciones en todo el mundo cada año. En promedio, se presentan varios miles de películas a un festival de cine. Por lo tanto, se pueden descuidar varias películas buenas por cualquier motivo. A menudo, seleccionar la probabilidad es como ganar una lotería. Como resultado, los cineastas se quedan sin comentarios. ¡Es una paradoja que nadie pueda oírte en la era de Internet! La cultura dominante prefiere las atracciones y las visitas informales.
Además, esta idea se basa en el problema de la selección de películas. Quizás no sorprenda que una persona, es decir, el director del programa en el mejor de los casos, o incluso los estudiantes de las escuelas de cine, tomen la decisión preliminar de seleccionar una película. La concordancia entre los jueces y los previsores es menos frecuente que la diferencia de procedencia o de gustos. Por lo tanto, la selección o el juicio pueden ser unilaterales o superficiales. No está mal, ya que el director del programa tiene buen gusto y sensibilidad estética, por supuesto. Pero hemos descubierto otra concepción del «cine sin filtros». Lo comparamos con «lo mejor de lo mejor». Esto ayuda a percibir el lenguaje cinematográfico sin el dictado de los curadores de arte.
UNA CELEBRACIÓN DEL CINE INDEPENDIENTE
Por eso, el Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival trata de evitar «lo mejor de lo mejor», pero no lo ignora por completo, claro. El festival selecciona secciones de ficción, animación, documental, experimental y realidad virtual. Un jurado premia la mejor película de cada sección. El festival organiza las proyecciones en salas de cine, el Centro Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo y espacios de arte.
Nuestro objetivo es reunir a las personas en el mundo del arte, dialogar y ser felices con una comunicación inteligente. El cine es arte pero no deporte. El punto clave de nuestro proyecto es establecer una comunicación entre el cineasta y el público.

The Tioga Film Festival will be held at the Tioga Movie Theater August 5th, 2017 in Tioga, North Dakota. Deadline submission is July 25th, 2017. All filmmakers from the USA are eligible to participate and there are no limits to submissions. Each submission is required a submission form and fee.
The Film Festival is part of a weekend event in Tioga. Which includes sidewalk sales, A drone camp and more. Selected and winning films will be shown at the Tioga Movie Theater from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm. Winners will be announced and notified no later than August 1st, 2017. FECILI (Festival Cine Libre Internacional), surge como una iniciativa cultural que tiene como objetivo difundir la producción cinematográfica colombiana, latinoamericana e internacional.
Siendo una plataforma de exhibición, pretendemos realizar una formación de público en lugares que requieren de un espacio que les dote de cultura y arte, con actividades de formación, procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje no formal, convocamos a quienes ven en el cine y en el audiovisual una forma de vida, un espacio que posibilite el encuentro, el aprendizaje, el diálogo y el entretenimiento.
El Festival Cine libre Internacional cada año busca nutrirse de nuevos contenidos que retroalimenten las relaciones humanas desde las historias.
