L'exposition Kine est un projet à but non lucratif produit indépendamment. Aucun prix ou récompense n'est décerné ; l'objectif de l'exposition est d'ouvrir des espaces culturels, des ciné-clubs, etc., afin que le court métrage ait des écrans d'exposition au-delà de la concurrence dans les festivals permettant l'accès au public qui n'a pas encore approché le travail de tous ceux qui se consacrent à la tâche cinématographique de raconter des histoires courtes.
Le cinéma transmet des idées, des sentiments et des émotions, KINÉ pense que les courts métrages ne sont pas faits pour gagner des prix ou une reconnaissance, les courts métrages sont faits pour raconter des histoires extraordinaires que nous vivons au jour le jour, même en ce moment, vous pouvez en vivre une.
Objectifs :
Projeter des courts métrages qui, dans la plupart des cas, ne sont vus que dans les compétitions de festivals.
Création de public.
Encourager et promouvoir la production de courts métrages réalisés dans la ville de Puebla, au Mexique.
Promouvoir les lieux culturels locaux.
Basé dans la ville géorgienne de Birr, Offline Film Festival est un événement passionnant pour les amateurs de cinéma et les réalisateurs. Avec des films irlandais et internationaux qui sont projetés dans un éventail excentrique de salles de la ville, le tout précédé de courts métrages, le public a l'embarras du choix.

Sedicicorto International Short Film Festival est un festival de films dédié aux courts métrages né en 2004 et, depuis lors, a lieu chaque année au début du mois d'octobre en Italie, dans le centre-ville de Forlì.

HALF Festival stands for Haiku Amateur Little Film Festival. ‘Haiku’ is a very short form of Japanese poetry, here used to mean any short form of aesthetic creativity. ‘Amateur’ here denotes a creation by a creator whose chief intention in the creation is not financial gain. ‘Little’ here stands for shortness of duration of the film. ‘HALF’ denotes also the stipulated duration of the film which is 5 minutes or ‘half’ the time of a traditional film reel which is 10 minutes. Insight, which is organizing this festival, is a group of creative artists, with base at Palakkad, who believe in the infinite potential of the short film as a medium of communication and aesthetic creativity.
