The Storyline Development Workshop is a virtual lab focused on the creative development of early-stage fiction feature film projects, from the initial idea to narrative treatment. The application period for the 2026 edition is open until November 1, 2025. The workshop runs from February 1 to April 5, 2026, with an additional follow-up session in April/May 2026. The program is organized from Mexico and accepts international applications from filmmakers around the world. It focuses solely on narrative fiction and belongs to the laboratory / creative development category. The accepted format is fiction feature films, with virtual group and individual sessions designed to develop each project’s treatment, character profiles, and synopsis.

The Coral Post-Production Award of the 2026 Havana International Festival of New Latin American Cinema is an audiovisual industry call aimed at Latin American and Caribbean projects in the post-production stage. The call takes place in Cuba and is part of the industry sections of the Havana Film Festival. The Film Poster Competition of the 47th International Festival of New Latin American Cinema in Havana invites submissions of posters related to Latin American cinema, including film posters, film week promotions, and festival posters. The call is open to international participants and aims to recognize creativity and artistic excellence in cinematic graphic design.
Applications are open until August 15, 2026. Selected works will be presented during the Festival, which will take place from December 3 to 13, 2026, in Havana, Cuba. This is an official poster competition, intended exclusively for graphic artworks rather than audiovisual projects such as short films, feature films, or series.
