All submitted works must be original. In the event that the contestant uses a novel, story or text by another author as the basis for the script, the contestant must include the corresponding authorization from the author of the original work in their registration.

GUADALAJARA BUILDS - WIP - FICG
El 48 se desarrolla en diferentes fines de semana en diferentes ciudades a lo largo del año. En cada ciudad, los equipos de cine locales, desde principiantes hasta profesionales, compiten para hacer un cortometraje en sólo un fin de semana. ¿Tú y tus amigos tenéis lo necesario para hacer una película sobre la marcha?
Todo comienza con el evento inaugural del viernes por la noche, cuando usted y los equipos de su ciudad sacan géneros de un sombrero y reciben los elementos necesarios para su película.
Luego, empieza a correr: escribir, filmar, editar y hacer lo que sea necesario para enviar tu cortometraje el domingo por la noche.
La gran recompensa es ver tu obra maestra en la pantalla grande de un cine local. Se proyectarán todas las películas, tanto puntuales como tardías. No hay nada mejor que ver tu película con el público y ver de primera mano cómo reaccionan ante tu película.
En el evento de premios de la ciudad, se anuncian las películas ganadoras, según lo determinen los jueces locales. Se otorgan más de una docena de premios, desde Mejor Actuación hasta Mejor Dirección y el premio mayor: Mejor Película.
