WIP Realizadoras FECILS 2026 is the industry section of the Festival Internacional de Cine de La Serena dedicated to supporting Chilean audiovisual projects directed by women in the post-production stage. The call is open exclusively to fiction and documentary short films with a maximum running time of 30 minutes, created by female directors from any region of Chile, including the Metropolitan Region. Its objective is to strengthen women's participation in the audiovisual sector and support projects in their final stage of completion. Submissions are open until August 21, 2026. Selected projects will participate in screenings and one-on-one feedback sessions with a jury of industry professionals during the festival week. As a Work in Progress platform, the program offers post-production awards focused on sound and original music, helping selected projects complete and enhance their final versions.

FECILS Female directors - WIP
DOK Industry is the professional platform of DOK Leipzig, designed to support documentary projects in development with international potential. Each year it gathers producers, directors, financiers and distributors in a space dedicated to networking and coproduction.
The call is open to creative, author-driven and innovative documentaries that are in development or early postproduction. International projects are welcome, except for the Preview Germany program, which is reserved for projects based in Germany.
There are several entry points: the Co-Pro Market, focused on international coproduction; Short n’ Sweet, for short documentaries; Archive Market, dedicated to archive-based projects; and Neuland, highlighting XR, VR and AR storytelling. Producers may also attend without a project to strengthen professional connections.
English is the working language, and the main goal is to link artistically ambitious projects with the European and international audiovisual industry.

DOK Industry
BrLab Features 2026 is an intensive laboratory focused on the development of feature-length fiction projects, including animation and hybrid formats. The call is open to projects from Latin America, Portugal, and Spain, accepting international submissions. The program offers mentorship, consultancy, and workshops aimed at strengthening projects in development and preparing teams for the film industry.
Applications are open from November 12 to December 12, 2025, and the laboratory will take place in person from April 7 to 14, 2026, in São Paulo, Brazil. The call is exclusively for feature-length projects; short films and series are not accepted. BrLab Features
European Work in Progress is an industry platform held in Hamburg, Germany, from September 28–30, 2026, as part of FILMFEST HAMBURG INDUSTRY DAYS. Its purpose is to support the international circulation of European film projects in production or post-production by connecting selected teams with sales agents, distributors, festival programmers, and other audiovisual industry professionals.
The call is open to feature-length fiction, documentary, and animation projects that have at least one European production or co-production company attached. As a Work in Progress platform, it focuses on projects seeking to strengthen their completion, distribution, and international festival strategies. The submission deadline is August 17, 2026.

European Work in Progress Hamburg
The BrLab Rough Cut 2026 is a workshop focused on the editing and post-production phase of feature films, both fiction and documentary. It is open to projects from Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, accepting international submissions beyond Brazil.
Applications for this edition open on November 12, 2025, and close on December 12, 2025, allowing filmmakers to submit their works in progress. The workshop will take place from April 11 to April 14, 2026, in São Paulo, Brazil.
BrLab Rough Cut provides a professional environment where participants can work on editing their feature films, receive expert feedback, and connect with industry professionals.
