XVI Piélagos Short Film Festival "Piélagos en Corto"
The Piélagos City Council presents the 16th edition of its film festival, a showcase for local and international talent.
With competitive categories for Cantabria, Spain, International, and the UNESCO Costa Quebrada Geopark, the event celebrates the best in short films (fiction, up to 30 minutes).

The 9th edition of the Skyline Benidorm Film Festival will take place in the city of Benidorm, from March 29 to April 5, 2025, in the city of Benidorm (Spain).
Saturnalia Fest, the last international film festival of the year, will take place on December 27th and will feature Uruguayan, Paraguayan, Venezuelan, Colombian, Chilean, and Argentine productions. The 6th Quillota International Film Festival is a film festival that, in its sixth edition, includes three short film competitions. Through film, the festival carries out training, production, and distribution activities in the city and province of Quillota throughout 2025 (April 20 to December 30). Its objective is to professionally promote high-quality cinematic content in various public spaces, cinemas, cultural centers, and schools in the province of Quillota, Valparaíso Region, Chile. The third edition of the Short Selection will take place as part of the new Cavaion Film Festival, organized by Liberamente Cavaion APS from January 17 to 18, 2026, at the E. Turri Civic Hall in Cavaion Vicenza.
The films in competition will be divided into three categories: local, international, and young. The selection will be made after the nominations are closed and at the discretion of the event's artistic director.
The evening of Saturday, January 17, will be dedicated to the local selection, while the evening of Sunday, January 18, will be dedicated to the international selection.
