Our festival can be attended from anywhere in the world with a computer, smart phone, or tablet. We strive to bring more attention and recognition to brilliant filmmaking being created around the world and help to connect filmmakers with one another.
By recreating the film festival experience online and offering it for free, as well as holding live events simultaneously around the globe, our short film festival will bring a much higher viewership than any other festival in the world.
A live, online, interactive, global, short film festival that extends and broadens viewers outside the common film festival experience and allows a much larger audience to enjoy the films from the comforts of their own homes.
The Unofficial Google+ Film Festival is complete with several film panels as well as live Q&A sessions with the filmmakers after each block of short films. This new and innovative festival is the future of the digital age for filmmakers and film fans everywhere. Movies are seen by thousands of attentive and film loving people around the world all at the same time (instead of being limited by a smaller geographical location).
Our mission is to become the world’s premier online, interactive, short film, and web series film festival to close out the year of all other film festivals.
In addition, select films will be invited to be seen at the Sunur Village Festival from August 19 - August 23 as well as the Open Air Cinema at Kuta Beach, Bali at the Blue Sapphire Club & Bar at the Stones Entertainment Centre from September 18 - September 20, 2015

The Green-Go International Short Film Contest aims to gather environmentally and socially conscious youngsters to organize the contest and the festival on one hand, and on the other hand, to inspire youngsters to creatively express their ideas in a
short film format. With the shorts, we aim to raise awareness on environmental and social problems at global, European and national level. With Green-Go festival, we wish to create the basis of a sustainable green film event that activates both youngsters and the civil society, attracts interested people and stakeholders and generates dialogues within the whole society about key eco-social questions.
Within the film contest, we accept shorts in three categories to reflect on European awareness, global environmental and social problems and the connection between biodiversity and society.
The Green-Go Short Film Contest is generously supported by the European Commission.
This year we are awaiting short films (and Testimonies!) in the following three categories:
1. Build green, live green (Green infraestructure)
