Il Consorzio Polla in Corto organizza la quattordicesima edizione del Festival del Cortometraggio denominato " CORTI A SUD ", che si svolgerà a Polla (SA) dal 20 al 21 giugno 2026 presso l’Auditorium “Santo Nicolicchio”.
Nel 2007 Joaquín Ortega (regista, attore, stuntman e coordinatore di acrobazie) ha creato con il suo marchio NOIDENTITY la sua squadra internazionale di stuntmen. Nel 2010 ha fondato la casa di produzione indipendente NOIDENTITY Films e ha già prodotto due film privatamente e un programma TV. Nel 2013 continua a promuovere l'intenzione di generare l'industria cinematografica e realizza il primo festival di film d'azione in Spagna.
Così è nato NIAFFS (NOIDENTITY - International Action Film Festival - Spagna), con l'intenzione di generare l'industria cinematografica e promuovere film d'azione internazionali.
After five years of a successful run as the New York City International Film Festival and after many of our films got distribution, we decided to create NYCIFF-St. Lucia edition. We want to open another door for filmmakers from around the world, and establish St. Lucia as a center for the film industry, while highlighting unknown talents from the Caribbean.
Torna il decimo Festival del Cinema di Farinha!!! Ritorniamo con la proposta di accendere la fiamma culturale dello scambio e dell'apprendimento nella cultura cinematografica. È durante il festival che i retroterra di Paraíba sperimentano incontri di manifestazioni culturali, attraverso mostre di produzioni audiovisive regionali e nazionali, con spazi di incontro per la discussione e l'apprendimento, così come spettacoli cinematografici, pannelli, workshop, lungometraggi e spettacoli.
This festival only admits submissions from SPANISH NATIONALS. No film-makers from any other nationalitiy will be allowed to submit their films to this festival.
Her Point of View has entered into a partnership agreement with the Community Education Department of Watkins College of Art, Design & Film in Nashville TN. The Nashville festival will be held at Watkins College of Art, Design & Film in September 2015. Specific dates are being finalized and will be released soon. Stay tuned! Empowering current and future generations of artists currently underrepresented in front of and behind the camera, Her Point of View, a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization, launches this year and will present arts and entertainment created from a woman’s point of view in Nashville, TN with screenings in Atlanta GA. New cities are added everyday.
In each city, Her Point of View will conduct a four (4) day international film festival complete with workshops, panels, independent and studio films, fine art gallery, live music events, industry parties and plenty of networking mixers. Filmmakers, film, TV, music, art and entertainment executives and celebrities are invited to participate in the event developed to highlight women artists from around the world.
NOFI is a multi stage International Festival of New and Original Films. It was founded by the Center of American New Cinema and Arts (CANCA). The preliminary stages take place in Russia, Sweden and Armenia while the final stage is taking place in USA (Los Angeles). Each year an estimated 1000 independent and student films participate in the NOFI festivals from 60 countries. We have representatives in 10 countries including USA, Russia, Sweden, Armenia, Belarus, UK,Belgium, Holland, Arab Emirates and Philippines.
The goal of the NOFI festivals is to find and invite talented film directors to NOFI film studying and producing programs for shooting their films with the help of our sponsors and grants. We then represent, promote and will try to sell the best films from NOFI in the American Film Market, Cannes film market, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and other markets. Winning films can also participate in NOFI sister’s film festivals in Korea, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Russia and Armenia. The winners from each category and diplomas of honor can have the opportunity to show their films (edited versions) at our NOFI film festival on YouTube channel. The best actors from the best films can join our “Accent” International Talent Management. Also the trailers of the awarded films will be in our web site for years, providing more exposure. Our festival helps expose new and emerging directors and actors. NOFI festivals give them an opportunity to present their names in motion pictures studios and be discovered in the film industry worldwide. NOFI is designed to showcase innovative work by new filmmakers who may (or may not) have been overlooked by other festivals. We organize forums and round tables with filmmakers during the NOFI festivals to understand their needs, help solve common problems with film production and discuss their future projects. Our slogan is- “Indie filmmakers without borders.” Many celebrities and representatives from film studios have attended screenings and award ceremonies of NOFI festivals.

La nostra ombra può essere un vero problema.
È quel lato della nostra umanità che preferiamo tenere nascosto e che ci fa agire in modo discutibile.
Questa ombra è in parte ciò che ci ha portato a causare un terribile impatto sull'ambiente.
Deforestazione, fuoriuscite di petrolio, inquinamento del suolo e dei mari, annientamento di specie, violazione dei diritti degli indigeni e omicidi di difensori dell'ambiente.
Quest'ombra, individuale e collettiva, viene proiettata dalle grandi città sui nostri ecosistemi e sotto la protezione della legalità statale e degli investimenti privati a favore del «progresso e dell'industrializzazione».
In tempi in cui lo squilibrio che abbiamo causato nell'ambiente si ripercuote su di noi come disastri climatici e appropriazione indebita della natura, è necessario che osiamo guardare indietro a quest'ombra.
Abbiamo la responsabilità di comprenderne l'impatto, segnalare chi lo progetta e richiedere normative per difendere le persone colpite.
Dicono che il primo passo per risolvere un problema sia identificarlo e oggi, attraverso il cinema, cerchiamo di riconoscere le nostre azioni, di fermare l'avanzare delle loro conseguenze sul nostro ambiente naturale unico.

RICONOSCENDO LA NOSTRA OMBRA
Bašta Fest è un festival internazionale di cortometraggi che si tiene a Bajina Bašta, nella Serbia occidentale. Si tratta di un evento annuale che si svolge durante il primo fine settimana di luglio e dura quattro giorni. A causa della professione dei fondatori (attori Jovan Jelisavčić e Maja Šuša), il principale punto di interesse del festival è la collaborazione tra registi e attori. Riteniamo che concentrarsi sulla qualità di questo sforzo artistico congiunto avrà un impatto positivo sul posizionamento di Bašta Fest tra i festival di cortometraggi. Bašta Fest è di grande importanza per il decentramento della cultura poiché ha portato film, musica e programmi diversi in questa splendida regione. Una delle priorità del festival è promuovere l'incredibile bellezza naturale a un gran numero di visitatori. Tuttavia, il nostro obiettivo principale è quello di convertire questo festival in un'emozionante oasi culturale, che sostiene giovani artisti locali e internazionali, ponendo l'accento sui cortometraggi di finzione con autenticità. La selezione principale è un programma di cortometraggi in concorso, mentre due film vengono proiettati come parte di non competizione, programma speciale ogni anno - uno durante l'apertura e uno durante la cerimonia di chiusura. L'ultimo ad essere proiettato è un primo lungometraggio serbo, scelto dal team di Bašta fest come quello di maggior successo dell'anno precedente. L'ingresso a tutte le proiezioni a Bašta è gratuito, mentre sono sempre tenute sotto il cielo notturno aperto. Attualmente ci sono due location ufficiali del festival: il parco Borići e il lago Perućac.

The Viewster Online Film Fest (#VOFF) is an international online event that attracts, displays and rewards features, short films, series, web-series and documentaries that are not always as famous as they should be. It’s a community moderated contest where the public audience will create a shortlist out of all qualified entries.
Essentially the Viewster community and your fans will watch, share, discuss and vote for their favorite entries. They will help to curate the entries with at least the top ten moving onto the finals. After that our Jury of Experts - Ted Hope, Nora Tschirner and Timo Vuorensola - will select the winners to be announced December 8, 2014 on http://festival.viewster.com.
The theme for the fourth #VOFF is "Share It Forward." and asks for the issues that are most important to you today.

L'Asian Summer Film Festival vuole presentare la cultura asiatica attraverso la cinematografia popolare prodotta nei paesi del continente.
Il Festival ha diverse categorie come una sezione competitiva, retrospettive, proiezioni per bambini e serate a tema. L'anno scorso sono stati mostrati 40 titoli provenienti da Cina, Hong Kong, Tailandia, Corea del Sud, Giappone e India, alcuni dei quali erano anteprime mondiali e internazionali, anteprime europee o anteprime dei festival spagnoli. I 18 film programmati nella sezione ufficiale hanno gareggiato per il Premio della Giuria, il Lucky Cat Award, assegnato dal pubblico al miglior film in concorso, e il Critics' Choice Award.
L’associazione culturale La Guarimba ha come obiettivo quello di riportare il cinema alla gente e la gente al cinema. Questa motivazione ci ha portato a riparare un vecchio cinema all’aperto di 938 posti in Calabria; ad organizzare un festival del cortometraggio internazionale con ingresso libero; a creare La Scuola Delle Scimmie in Puglia, un processo di formazione di cinema e di illustrazione indipendente per 45 ragazzi; ci ha fatto creare La Guarimba On Tour dove ogni anno portiamo la nostra selezione di cortometraggi in giro per il mondo; e infine, ad agosto 2015, abbiamo organizzato la prima conferenza europea di Vimeo, il più grande distributore di cinema online diretto.
Siamo un festival internazionale di cortometraggi, per esprimere il cinema spirituale con un linguaggio universale, che tratta gli affari interni dell'essere umano, un cinema dell'invisibile che cattura l'essenza del profondo e del trascendente, in storie introspettive e riflessive; con domande e risposte sulla vita. Ogni storia è frutto raccolto dall'interno verso l'esterno e simboleggia 9 valori spirituali fondamentali per noi: amore, gioia, pace, pazienza, dolcezza, gentilezza, fedeltà, umiltà e autocontrollo.
Animafest Cyprus Views of the World, started in 2002 as a documentary festival in a small village, and was called the Small Documentary Festival. It was later re-named Countryside Animafest Cyprus – Views of the World focusing exclusively on the art of Animated Film. The festival’s uniqueness is its setting in the countryside, and this continues to this day.
As audiences have grown significantly in recent years the festival has moved to different villages to accommodate the large number of spectators and now at the Lusignian Manor House garden located at the The ancient town of Palaipafos.It continues to draw a very diverse audience, from across the social spectrum. The fact that it draws young people from metropolitan areas to previously unknown rural areas we feel is a very important contribution to the country’s cultural life.
Animafest Cyprus is the main platform for Animated Film in Cyprus and has the official support of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus and ASIFA Cyprus. The Festival is a co – organization between the Hambis Printmaking Museum & Views of the World. HELLENIC BANK is the official award sponsor for both Cypriot and International Competition.
The festival is active through the year. It’s main activities include «Animafest Cyprus on tour», which presents the best of Animafest Cyprus at various locations around the country throughout the year, including schools, film festivals, cinemas, galleries, etc, always in non-commercial screenings; in the context of Animafest on tour we are organizing Lectures & workshops in animation, taking place at Universities and public schools. Every November we organize an Academic forum on Animation at the Cyprus University of Technology, bringing together academics from Cyprus and abroad. This forum is organised in collaboration with Media Desk Cyprus
