Promover a cultura de curtas-metragens e documentários em um país onde o cinema comercial sempre dominou o poleiro não é uma tarefa fácil. O Festival Internacional de Cinema de Curtas de Delhi é um desses esforços bem-sucedidos iniciados no ano de 2012 pela Miniboxoffice com edições bem-sucedidas de 2012 a 2025. O festival traz curtas-metragens atenciosos, altamente criativos e envolventes de todo o mundo para satisfazer o apetite dos cineastas da capital da Índia. O objetivo do festival é estabelecer uma indústria de curtas-metragens paralela ao cinema comercial.
O 15º Festival Internacional de Cinema de Curtas de Delhi de 2026 deve crescer muitas vezes. O ano inaugural de 2012 foi um grande sucesso seguido por edições anteriores super bem-sucedidas e goza da credibilidade de um dos festivais de curta-metragem mais confiáveis da Índia. O festival não foi apenas abraçado pelos curtas-metragens, mas também considerado pelos membros da mídia e da indústria.
O objetivo do festival é impulsionar o mercado de curtas-metragens e fornecer uma plataforma de exibição para curtas-metragens. O festival oferece oportunidades de networking profissional e, ao mesmo tempo, apresenta as últimas tendências do cinema aos cineastas. Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
The European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation (the Federation) is a tightly knit network of 22 film festivals from 14 countries, with a global attendance of over 450 000 visitors, making it a vital economic and cultural player on the fantastic film scene.

The animation festival Nochedemonos founded in 2006, is a benchmark for academic and professional community of national animation.
In this issue we celebrate 13 years, spreading the Latin American animation for the rest of the world.
During his nine versions they have made national contest, Latin American competitions, student, tributes to outstanding animation leaders, talks of national and international guests and workshops for students and animation enthusiasts. This version will have two categories in competition, competition monometrajes Latin American (animation shortfilm till 1 minute) and Latin American university competition of animated short films.

How do we utilize cinema’s power to activate?
Can we work together so that films gain better momentum festival to festival and unleash the power of the combined festival community in some way?
Are we utilizing the strength of the festivals as an information gathering and dissemination tool as fully as we might?
What information is not being gathered when we collect films and crowds and can we change that?
This is the data age. Are we embracing transparency as fully as we might?
As trusted curators of this colossal heap of cinema culture, how do we really make a difference on a long term basis?
Is a short burst of guidance enough?
Growth requires consistency and do we provide that?
We are the filter, the trusted source. Film festivals are discovery platform for films that might otherwise be ignored. How to carry that over to the online environment?
How do we transform young people into loyal cinema lovers?

Directors' Fortnight Kolkata is first of it's kind from India. The festival will be curated by a Curator.
The Venue of the Festival will be at "Doab", One and only independent filmmaking space in Kolkata. The festival program includes Seminar, Talks, and Workshops as an attraction along with the Live screening of International Films.
During the festival, The Venue "Doab" will also reflect Artistic endeavor of a few Award winning Fine Art Artist. Directors' Fortnight Kolkata will give an unforgettable experience to its Participants.
LA Underground Film Forum (LAUFF) é a principal vitrine de experimentação em filmes, vídeo e mídia baseada em áudio. Ele se concentra em vanguarda, art-house, cinema independente e nen/baixo orçamento, com a quinta edição acontecendo em julho de 2020, Los Angeles.
Nosso programa oferece um local para os cineastas reinventar e explorar novas abordagens, promover novas formas de arte mediática e construir um público para esse trabalho. Nosso objetivo é apresentar uma ampla gama de trabalhos explorando as muitas definições e interpretações do conceito de “underground”.
Estamos à procura de filmes feitos com paixão, obsessão e motivação; filmes que vão além das expectativas e do gênero; filmes, projetos de vídeo e áudio que se esforçam para ultrapassar os limites da forma e conteúdo aceitos. Um forte senso de autoria é uma obrigação.
LAUFF aceita todas as formas e gêneros: do drama, documentário, experimental, culto, art-house, língua estrangeira, comédia, horror, ficção científica, fantasia, animação, LGBT, indígena, erótica ao cinema lento e videoarte...
ESPIELLO, FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE DOCUMENTÁRIO ETNOGRÁFICO, é organizado pelo Serviço de Cultura da Comarca de Sobrarbe (instituição que agrupa 19 prefeituras), juntamente com uma ampla participação de vizinhos da zona que formam a Comissão Permanente do festival. É comemorado durante março e abril em Boltaña, uma pequena população dos Pirenéus de Huesca (Espanha).
Espiello é o único festival com essa especialização no país. Tem uma competição internacional de documentário etnográfico e algumas seções diferentes fora da competição e outras atividades com tópicos relacionados ao documentário e à antropologia visual.
Os curtas selecionados serão exibidos entre os dias 4 e 6 de outubro de 2019. Haverá uma sessão especial, batizada de “Sessão Maldita”, dedicada exclusivamente a filmes marginais, experimentais, fantásticos, surreais e até mesmo escatológicos.
No âmbito das múltiplas atividades apresentadas e organizadas pela Andares: Ações Cinematográficas, temos o prazer de apresentar a quarta edição do nosso Festival de Cinema Contemporâneo. Outra edição curta, cuidadosa e compacta para celebrar a cinefilia no outono peruano.

Este concurso de curtas-metragens tem como objetivo motivar as pessoas a transmitirem suas ideias por meio do cinema.
O tema que o identifica é baseado na ideia de “lentidão” ou “vida lenta”, o que entendemos como um conjunto de ações (respeito ao meio ambiente e às pessoas, consumo responsável, defesa da cultura, diminuição, alternativa de vida e lazer, cooperação, soberania alimentar, economia social...) que fazem com que os indivíduos melhorem sua qualidade de vida, controlem seu tempo e critiquem o atual sistema econômico e social.

Kragujevac is the fourth largest city in Serbia, the administrative centre of Šumadija District. There are many cultural institutions in Kragujevac that have gained regional, and some of them even national significance in the field of arts and culture.
This festival wants to provide a platform for artists around the world to showcase their films to Serbin and region audience. This is opportunity for Serbian filmmakers to compare their work with independent film creators from all arount the globe.

BUDAFEST is a Budapest film festival dedicated to the glocal culture. 2016 is the first edition. It will be the feast of the brotherwood of two people and of two movie worlds: the Italian and the Hungarian.
We will connect the world with Budapest and Budapest with the world: we have the Magyar section and the international one. We have also a special section dedicated to very fast movies, maximum 3 minutes. This section, called BUDAFAST is a contest, the "Easy Ticket" to the global market for young filmmakers, with no other limit of age and nationality but a fresh, immediate vision of the world & a new way to shoot it. Participation is easy, register is easy. A very short duration of minimum 30 "seconds and maximum 3 minutes in a Ground-level sequence with a mobile phones, a tablets, a digicamera... We are the Big Cross Los Angeles Christian Film Festival.
We are a Christian Film Festival catered to promoting films and stories centered around the gospel. We are looking for submissions of all Christian genre types from Christian horror, Christian dramas, Christian romance & Comedy, End Times genre films and biblical. Films must have a Christian theme in order to be considered for qualification in this years program.
