Promouvoir la culture du court métrage et du documentaire dans un pays où le cinéma commercial a toujours dominé n'est pas une tâche facile. Le Delhi Shorts International Film Festival est l'un de ces efforts couronnés de succès lancés en 2012 par Miniboxoffice avec des éditions réussies de 2012 à 2021. Le festival propose des courts métrages réfléchis, très créatifs et engageants du monde entier pour satisfaire l'appétit des cinéphiles de la capitale de l'Inde. L'objectif du festival est de créer une industrie du court métrage parallèle au cinéma commercial.
Le 11e Delhi Shorts International Film Festival-2022 est censé se multiplier. L'année inaugurale 2012 a été un grand succès, suivie par des éditions 2012 à 2021 très réussies et jouit de la crédibilité de l'un des festivals de courts métrages les plus fiables de l'Inde. Le festival n'a pas seulement été adopté par le court-métrage, mais aussi par les membres des médias et de l'industrie.
L'objectif du festival est de dynamiser le marché du court métrage et de fournir une plate-forme d'exposition aux réalisateurs de courts métrages. Le festival offre aux professionnels des opportunités de réseautage et présente en même temps les dernières tendances du cinéma aux cinéastes. 11e DSIFF-22 est une plate-forme unique où vous pouvez partager, apprendre, présenter, observer et faire bien d'autres choses pour perfectionner vos compétences créatives et techniques. Nous espérons que ce festival marquera une étape importante dans votre carrière cinématographique.
Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
The European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation (the Federation) is a tightly knit network of 22 film festivals from 14 countries, with a global attendance of over 450 000 visitors, making it a vital economic and cultural player on the fantastic film scene.

The animation festival Nochedemonos founded in 2006, is a benchmark for academic and professional community of national animation.
In this issue we celebrate 13 years, spreading the Latin American animation for the rest of the world.
During his nine versions they have made national contest, Latin American competitions, student, tributes to outstanding animation leaders, talks of national and international guests and workshops for students and animation enthusiasts. This version will have two categories in competition, competition monometrajes Latin American (animation shortfilm till 1 minute) and Latin American university competition of animated short films.

Are we utilizing the strength of the festivals as an information gathering and dissemination tool as fully as we might?
What information is not being gathered when we collect films and crowds and can we change that?
This is the data age. Are we embracing transparency as fully as we might?
As trusted curators of this colossal heap of cinema culture, how do we really make a difference on a long term basis?
Is a short burst of guidance enough?
Growth requires consistency and do we provide that?
We are the filter, the trusted source. Film festivals are discovery platform for films that might otherwise be ignored. How to carry that over to the online environment?

Directors' Fortnight Kolkata is first of it's kind from India. The festival will be curated by a Curator.
The Venue of the Festival will be at "Doab", One and only independent filmmaking space in Kolkata. The festival program includes Seminar, Talks, and Workshops as an attraction along with the Live screening of International Films.
During the festival, The Venue "Doab" will also reflect Artistic endeavor of a few Award winning Fine Art Artist. Directors' Fortnight Kolkata will give an unforgettable experience to its Participants.
LA Underground Film Forum (LAUFF) est la première vitrine d'expérimentation à Los Angeles dans les médias cinématographiques, vidéo et audio. Elle se concentre sur le cinéma d'avant-garde, d'art, indépendant et à faible budget, avec la cinquième édition qui aura lieu en juillet 2020 à Los Angeles.

ESPIELLO, FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU DOCUMENTAIRE ETHNOGRAPHIQUE, est organisé par le Service de la culture de la Comarca de Sobrarbe (une institution qui regroupe 19 mairies) avec une large participation des voisins de la zone qui forment la Commission permanente du festival. Elle est célébrée en mars et avril à Boltaña, une petite population des Pyrénées de Huesca (Espagne).

Kragujevac is the fourth largest city in Serbia, the administrative centre of Šumadija District. There are many cultural institutions in Kragujevac that have gained regional, and some of them even national significance in the field of arts and culture.

BUDAFEST is a Budapest film festival dedicated to the glocal culture. 2016 is the first edition. It will be the feast of the brotherwood of two people and of two movie worlds: the Italian and the Hungarian.
We will connect the world with Budapest and Budapest with the world: we have the Magyar section and the international one. We have also a special section dedicated to very fast movies, maximum 3 minutes. This section, called BUDAFAST is a contest, the "Easy Ticket" to the global market for young filmmakers, with no other limit of age and nationality but a fresh, immediate vision of the world & a new way to shoot it.
