It is not possible to relate each of those 62,000 tragedies, Sol (d) Out tries to tell the story of one of those affected. From the story of his case we will discover what this government network has consisted of, which started with a request from the government to its citizens to embark on the adventure of becoming entrepreneurs and investing in renewables and ending up criminalizing all these people he has left in ruins

To understand this story, the protagonist of the story, César Vea, tells the details of this process, which will alternate with the testimonies of many of those affected, experts in the field. And of course it will include the request for explanations to the political leaders, wherever they are: in an office, in a press conference, at the end of a meeting. But César Vea will go, camera and microphone in hand, after all those responsible to give them the opportunity to explain themselves.

Unfortunately, this fraud of renewables is a topic systematically silenced, unknown to the general public and that is why this effort to bring it to light through a documentary. Being an uncomfortable truth, audiovisual production companies, not being aware of this issue, can not champion the realization of this project, which also does not seek an economic return. However, this does not mean that it has to be forgotten.
