Chile Short - Market
The Public Pitch at DocsBarcelona Pro is a professional opportunity for documentary film projects in development, including feature-length films and nonfiction series. It is aimed at screenwriters seeking to develop an authorial vision and define a point of view to begin the development stage of a fiction or animation film project.
During the BioBioCine Meetings, the methodology focuses on addressing the specific needs of each project. This is achieved through guidance from a nationally renowned mentor, who will work in both group sessions and "one-on-one" meetings.
Projects are selected based on a treatment of 10 to 12 pages. Only the selected projects will be required to submit a first draft of the script. Up to 8 projects will be selected in total.
