The “From Page to Screen” call is a joint initiative by the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) and the Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL), aimed at connecting the audiovisual industry with Ibero-American literature. Applicants must fill out a registration form and submit a PDF including company details, professional background, adaptation experience, and goals for participation. While no specific formats or genres are mentioned, commercially viable or industry-relevant projects are preferred.

Up to five participants will receive support: two grants include travel (one domestic, one international), and three include lodging, accreditation, and a table at the FIL Rights Center. Selected participants gain access to professional events, catalogs, and networking opportunities during FIL 2025.

The call is open from August 6 to 29, 2025, with results announced on September 17. The in-person program will take place in Guadalajara from November 30 to December 3.
