FICMONTERREY - WIP
VS Fantastic! 2026, a section of Ventana Sur, will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, from November 30 to December 4, 2026. The call includes VS Fantastic LAB and VS Fantastic Screening. Applications for LAB will be open from August 3 to September 3, 2026, while applications for Screening will be open from August 3 to September 14, 2026.
VS Fantastic LAB is aimed at feature film projects in development in the fantastic, horror, science fiction, fantasy genres and combinations with suspense, action, crime, and black comedy, among others, with majority or minority production from an Ibero-American country, including Italy. It includes a laboratory, pitch, mentoring, and one-to-one meetings. VS Fantastic Screening is aimed at Latin American fiction feature films in the fantastic, horror, thriller, or science fiction genres, in post-production or approaching their premiere.

FANTASTIC! LAB – VENTANA SUR
In collaboration with the film project incubator RUTA CRÍTICA, the Puerto Rico Film Festival invites the community of PUERTO RICO filmmakers to PRFF PITCH'24, as part of its INDUSTRIA PRFF'24 efforts. In this edition we seek to give exposure to fiction feature films and documentary feature films in development, in front of international and national professionals from the Industry, for feedback and the possibility of collaboration, development or co-production.

PRFF - PITCH
Another Pitch 2026, organized by Another Way Film Festival in Madrid, Spain, is an international call for fiction and documentary feature film projects in development focused on sustainability, environmental issues, social transformation, and hopeful visions of the future. The initiative is designed for screenwriters, directors, and producers seeking to present their projects in a pitch session before audiovisual industry professionals and sustainability experts.
The call welcomes international submissions and is open to feature-length projects with an expected running time of 60 to 90 minutes that have not yet entered production. Selected teams will attend a pitch preparation session in early October before presenting their projects during Another Way Film Festival, which will take place from October 20 to 25, 2026, in Madrid. The submission deadline is July 6, 2026.

Another Way Film Festival - PITCH
The Rough Features – BAM Labs call is aimed at Colombian production companies with at least two years of legal existence. It seeks feature films in post-production, including fiction, documentary, animation, or hybrid projects, with a first narrative cut and a minimum duration of 70 minutes that have not yet been released.
Applications open on November 13, 2025, and close on January 8, 2026, at 3:59 p.m. Colombia time. Project evaluations will take place from March 9 to 26, 2026, and selected projects will be announced between March 27 and 31, 2026.
Selected projects will participate in the editing and screening lab of BAM Labs, during the Bogotá Audiovisual Market week, scheduled from July 6 to 10, 2026. This call is exclusively national and does not accept international submissions. It offers an opportunity for feature films in post-production to receive professional feedback and support in their final editing and presentation process.
