La convocatoria BAM Talents – Stories (Guiones) 2026, organizada por el Bogotá Audiovisual Market, está dirigida a guionistas colombianos interesados en desarrollar historias de ficción para largometrajes o series. Las postulaciones abren el 13 de noviembre de 2025 y cierran el 8 de enero de 2026.
Los proyectos seleccionados participarán en un programa integral de fortalecimiento creativo y empresarial que incluye reuniones de acercamiento y diagnóstico entre el 31 de marzo y el 9 de abril de 2026, seguido por la Ruta de Fortalecimiento Empresarial y Creativo del 20 de abril al 5 de junio de 2026. La experiencia culmina durante el Bogotá Audiovisual Market, del 6 al 10 de julio de 2026, donde los guionistas tendrán la oportunidad de presentar sus historias a la industria.
La convocatoria acepta únicamente participantes nacionales y se enfoca en proyectos de ficción. Los formatos admitidos son largometrajes de ficción y series. BAM Talents – Stories ofrece un espacio para fortalecer los guiones, mejorar la conexión con la industria y apoyar el desarrollo de proyectos audiovisuales colombianos, brindando formación especializada y oportunidades de networking internacional.

Stories - BAM
EICTV and Televisión Serrana announce the Multiplatform Documentary Creation and Production Residency from October 5 to November 25, 2024. This 7-week residency takes place in Cuba, combining training at EICTV and community work in Sierra Maestra. It targets audiovisual creators interested in creative documentaries, community narratives, and ethical production. The program offers theoretical and practical training, mentored by Rodrigo Vázquez Salessi and the Televisión Serrana team. Participants will produce microdocumentaries and learn to film in conflict zones. Spanish proficiency, audiovisual experience, own equipment, and Cuban health insurance are required. The fee is €4,500, covering lodging, meals, transport, and full support. The call closes on July 1, 2024, with a limited intake of 10 international participants. Multiplatform Documentary Creation and Production Residency – EICTV
The BAMProjects – Series 2026 call is aimed at audiovisual series projects, both fiction and documentary, in development stage. It takes place in Colombia, organized by Bogotá Audiovisual Market, Proimágenes Colombia, and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. Applications are open from November 13, 2025, to January 8, 2026, at 3:59 p.m. Colombia time.
The call is exclusively for Colombian legal entities and showrunners or directors of Colombian nationality; international applications are not accepted. Selected projects will participate in a creative and business development program, including diagnostic meetings, workshops, and market encounters.
Key dates include project evaluation from January 16 to March 26, 2026, with selected projects announced between March 27 and 31. The creative strengthening program runs from April 20 to June 5, culminating with the main Bogotá Audiovisual Market event from July 6 to 10, 2026.

Series - BAM
The 2025 Series Lab call, organized by DETOUR, targets Uruguayan screenwriters, directors, and producers with series projects in development. They seek original series without genre or format restrictions, with a minimum of four episodes and filming planned after October 2025. The lab will take place from October 14 to 18, 2024, in a hybrid format (both in-person and virtual), offering workshops, group sessions, and individual mentoring to strengthen projects. Participants must be fully available during these dates. Awards include the opportunity to pitch at LINKS in Puigcerdà, Catalonia, in 2026, and support for shooting a teaser or pilot. Applicants must be over 18, Uruguayan nationals or legal residents in Uruguay for at least five years. Each participant may submit up to two projects but can only be selected for one. Montevideo Cine LAB - LAB SERIES
The 3rd Call for the WomanInFan Fantastic Residency – Sitges FanLab 2025 is open to female filmmakers residing in Europe who are developing a fantasy fiction feature film. The residency will take place during the Sitges Film Festival (October 9–19, 2025) and includes accommodation, meals, travel, full access to Industry events, mentoring, and specialized training. Applicants must submit a project in development along with a script, video pitch, project dossier, motivation letter, CV, and either a previous fantasy short film or a professional reel. The standard submission deadline is May 31 (€50), with an extended deadline until June 30 (€60). The initiative aims to support female voices in European fantastic cinema by offering professional guidance and international exposure. The selected project will be announced on September 9, 2025.
